2. Order Fulfillment
We pack and fulfill your order. Any product shortages will be communicated by our customer support team to you at this stage.

We ship your order using one of our courier partners. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information at this stage.

Free Shipping Promotion
GB Pacific Distribution offers free shipping on all orders within the PNW over $399 USD.
Order Processing
Most orders are processed within 3-7 business days from time of order. Should there be any disruptions to an order, our customer service team will be in contact.
Order Fullfillment
In the event that GB Pacific Distribution is not able to fill a full order, shorted items will be released back to the original source of payment. Our customer service team will also communicate any product shortages in case a substitute is desired.
Weather Delays & Damage
GB Pacific Distribution does not take responsibility for product damage caused by weather while in shipment. We do our very best to package your order for these elements, and avoid shipping in extreme-heat periods.
